Damaged or Lost Products
If an order has been lost in the mail or arrived damaged we are happy to send out the same thing at no extra cost to you, PROVIDED that you email us a photo of the damaged item, a photo of the shipping box it came in, and photos of the packing material as well as verify the missing/damaged item via a special link that we will send you through email. (This is all so that we are able to proceed with processing an insurance claim for your damaged product.)
Other Errors In Shipping
If there has been an error on our end and we are actually out of stock of something you ordered. You can choose to put on a waiting list and wait for that product to be made (which can take months sometimes), or we are happy to refund you for our mistake.
