International Shipping Terms and Conditions
International shipments are a "buy at your own risk" order meaning: if the package is lost, damaged, or gets held up at customs, we at Phoenix Aurelius Research Academy are NOT held liable or responsible for replacing said package.
We HIGHLY recommend purchasing Priority Mail International Shipping as this will guarantee a tracking number all the way through to the final destination. Otherwise if you purchase First Class International Shipping the tracking number will only track your package in the United States and once it leaves our soil, there is no solid way of tracking your package.

• Our products are declared as samples used for research purposes only.
• As of June 16th, 2026 we no longer ship to ANY countries within the E.U. due to some regulations that went into effect, that as a small business we can not keep up with.
