While there are several distributors of Chi-O Bio Balancers with the base 5 tunings that come standard with it, the Aurelian Bio Balancer can only be found at the Phoenix Aurelius Research Academy.
What comes with the Aurelian Bio Balancer?
Each Aurelian Bio Balancer comes with 2 x rechargeable 2032 size batteries, a USB charging cable for the batteries, a carrying case, a lanyard, and a wee battery charging manual.
Customers can use CR2032 non-rechargeable watch batteries in the unit if they decide they don’t enjoy the hassle of recharging the rechargeable batteries regularly. Each rechargeable battery lasts for at least a few days and up to 1 week, whereas non-rechargeable batteries last for up to 1 month.
Warranty and Product Support: Product comes with a 1 year warranty against manufacturer defects.

• 5 ml bottle contains roughly 100 drops, which is about 33 sprays.
• 15 ml bottle contains roughly 300 drops, which is about 100 sprays.
Customers can choose between 5 ml and 15 ml bottles. The 5 ml and 15 ml bottles are Miron dark violet glass and have a spray top. An additional dropper top can be purchased for either size by clicking here- 5ml dropper top and 15 ml dropper top.
We strive to use eco-friendly materials whenever possible. Currently, our packing peanuts are biodegradable, and we use biodegradable packing tape and Scotch tape, along with recyclable cardboard boxes. Due to our commitment to sustainability, we do not shrink-wrap any of our products (except for our Spagyri-Zyme Probiotic lids for shipping safety).
In late 2024, our company relocated to an off-grid facility deep in the wilderness of rural West Virginia to better align with our values. We literally live and work "Over the River(s) and through the Woods." This remote location means the wild-harvested herbs and mushrooms we grow and source are as pure as it gets, completely untouched by agricultural contaminants. But let’s be real—it also makes getting packages out the door a real adventure.
Shipping Timeframes & Challenges
We always aim to process and ship orders within 14 business days, but our ability to do so is entirely dependent on weather and terrain conditions.
- In winter, heavy snowfall can leave us snowed in for extended periods. In the winter of 2024-2025, for example, we were stuck for over a month with no way in or out.
- Our region is a temperate rainforest, receiving approximately 66 inches of annual precipitation. That means frequent flooding and deep mud can turn our roads into a complete mess, making it impossible to get supplies in or packages out.
- If conditions prevent us from shipping on time, we’ll reach out with an update.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these potential shipping delays. Refunds, returns, or cancellations due to delays caused by weather or rough conditions will not be granted.
Depending on the size and weight of your package, it will typically be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail, unless you select a different carrier at checkout.

Refund, Return, & Exchange Policy
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products and the challenges of shipping from our off-grid wilderness location, all purchases are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we are happy to send a replacement at no extra cost—provided that you:
- Email us at support@phoenixaurelius.org with:
- A clear photo of the damaged item
- A photo of the shipping box it came in
- Photos of the packing material
- Verify the damaged/missing item via a special link we will send you (this helps us process an insurance claim for your package).
We cannot issue refunds for lost or damaged items—only replacements.
Shipping Delays & Order Cancellations
We are located in a remote, off-grid region that experiences severe winter snowstorms, heavy rainfall, and impassable muddy roads. These conditions can delay shipping beyond our standard 14-business-day fulfillment window.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that shipping delays due to weather or terrain conditions are out of our control. Refunds, returns, or cancellations will not be granted due to these delays.
We do our best to get your package out as quickly as possible and will contact you if significant delays occur.
Out-of-Stock Items & Inventory Errors
If we make an error and an item you ordered is out of stock, you can choose to:
- Wait for restocking – Some products take months to produce, as we wild-harvest and process them seasonally. If you opt to wait, we will notify you when your order is ready.
- Receive a refund – If you prefer not to wait, we will issue a full refund for the unavailable item.
