The Dangers Of Non Native Electromagnetic Frequencies:
When you do general research online you really have to dig in order to find negative information pertaining to non native (nn)EMFs, cell phone usage, 5G, etc. The mainstream narrative is continuing to tout the story that:
"To date, and after much research, no adverse health effect has been causally linked with exposure to wireless technologies.” (WHO EMF fact sheet)
Yet when you look into the biochemistry and biophysics behind nnEMF's, you will find dozens of white papers saying exactly the opposite. Like nearly all other facets of life, the mainstream narrative can't be trusted.
There is abundant evidence showing that nnEMF exposure can cause or significantly contribute to:

So What Can You Do?
Here Are 12 Things To Do To Help Lessen Non Native EMF Damage:
1. Get an EMF reducing Wi-Fi router
We are using JRS Eco. We have our main work computers plugged into the ethernet cables and have the ability to turn Wi-Fi on and off simply by turning on our internet button on our cell phones. Once you turn off all Wi-Fi buttons on your devices, it takes 3 minutes but then the Wi-Fi is automatically turned off on the router. We have entirely shut down the 5GHz bandwidth and we reduced the 2.4GHz bandwidth to only ping once every second and a half instead of the standard, which is 10 times per second. We have the Wi-Fi signal strength turned down as low as it can go, so we are hardly getting any exposure when we do turn on Wi-Fi, which is very rare.
2. Turn off your Wi-Fi at night (you can use a timer to do it automatically)
Even if you decide to go with a JRS Eco Router, don't keep your Wi-Fi on while you sleep. With the JRS Eco, you can put it in Beacon Mode which means that Wi-Fi will only kick on if a device has its Wi-Fi setting on within proximity to the router. Alternatively, you can manually unplug it OR use a timer. If you live in a crowded apartment building or have lots of other wi-fi signals available in your area, this may not make a huge difference, but any decrease in exposure you can make is good because exposure to Wi-Fi and other comparable non native EMF wavelengths contribute to a weakening of the Blood-Brain Barrier and also contribute to a heap of other negative biological effects.
3. Use a small BioArc Disk on your phone & laptop
BioArc Discs don't actually decrease the radiation, but are thought to help restructure the EMF's so they don't have a net negative effect on water and biological organisms. Tests run by Dr. Don Paris on his have shown dramatic decreases in negative effects on biological organisms by using BioArc Discs.
4. Put a large BioArc Disk in front of your router/modem
Again, this doesn't decrease the radiation, but it is thought to restructure the EMF's. You can find the large BioArc Disks here.
5. Don't use your laptop, phone, or tablets while they are charging
This is a big one! While the devices are running on DC energy from their battery, they emit much lower Electric Fields than when they are plugged in to AC power from the wall. This is especially a concern if your power cable only has two prongs instead of 3 prongs. Test it with a TF2 Trifield Meter and you'll see the immense difference in both Standard and Weighted Electric Fields when the device is running on battery vs being plugged in. If, like us, laptops are your main computers, then consider products by ElectraHealth like their USB Grounding Adapters which make contact with the metal of the USB ports and provide an excellent grounding solution. Our devices went from 400-700 V/m of Electric Field Radiation down to less than 40 V/m using these. Also, consider Grounded, Shielded Cable Wrap for all your 2-prong power cables. In order for these to work, you will need to make sure the outlet they are being plugged into is grounded.
6. Don't use normal power strips and surge protectors
This is a huge one because normal Power Strips and Surge Protectors do not have grounded, shielded cables or outlets and they amplify the amount of energy. We use Electra Health brand Grounded Shielded Surge Protectors for all our Computers and Devices. Just like with any Grounded, Shielded Product, they have to be plugged into an AC outlet that is properly grounded. You can get an inexpensive GFCI Tester easily to test these things out. To make sure things are done properly, you'll also probably want a decent MultiMeter like this one that we use so you can check body voltage and more.
7. Don't use grounding pads (at least in most scenarios)
Those who have followed my work for a while know that at one time, we were pretty emphatic about using grounding pads, but the more research we came across, the more we realized that there are correct ways and incorrect ways of using them. The ways in which they are marketed do not specify the proper ways of using them, and so they cause stray voltage and dirty electricity to ground THROUGH YOU because you become the fastest pathway to grounding them out. This increases body voltage and contributes massively to ROS and Oxidative Damage! The ONLY healthy way we have found to use them is to turn off the breakers in a house, ensure there are no wi-fi signals around, and no ambient nnEMF's when you plug it into a grounded outlet. When in doubt, you can always use a Multi-Meter or body voltage meter to ensure that body voltage is going down.
8. Turn your phone on airplane mode when not in active use
Using a Trifield Meter, Check the Electric Field, Magnetic Fields, and RF Fields when your phone is not on airplane mode vs when it is on airplane mode and you'll likely be incredibly surprised! Disable Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, turn off automatic updates, and ensure that you don't have any un-necessary radiation blasting you all the time. Furthermore, NEVER keep phones in your bra, pocket, or near your body and try to find an EMF Shielding solution to carry your phone. You can make Faraday Fabric sheaths for them pretty easily and inexpensively, or there are dozens of other solutions people have come up with, too.
9. Only use speakerphone and avoid putting the phone up to your head
This one is obvious. And if you're using wireless ear buds, you'll want to ditch those, too...again, for obvious reasons.
10. Use a Chi-O Room Balancer, Chi-O Personal Balancer, or Chi-O Remote Balancer in your home or office with the Neutralize Radiation Hologram Card

This won't eliminate the radiation, but it will balance the IDF's pertaining to the radiation and even dark field microscopy on blood shows that only just a few minutes of being in a healthy IDF field reduces the coagulation and 'clumping' of blood cells massively! Furthermore, Phoenix has been in R&D for over a year as he programs in all the tunings necessary for an Advanced IDF Solution that addresses the IDF's of all biological effects that exposure to nnEMF's create.
11. Move to the middle of the woods... or at least walk barefoot on the Earth
Moving to a very remote location, far away from people, industry, and EMF's was our chosen solution, though we know that isn't necessarily possible or feasible for many people. Even if you can't move into the forest or far away from the evil influences of the world, just get out of the city and into Nature. Grounding is essential for at least 30 minutes a day, which includes walking barefoot or lying down on bare earth with bare skin contact to the Earth or at least while wearing non-insulative clothing (which does not necessarily mean "Natural Fabrics" as even wool is insulating). Your body also grounds while being immersed in water - showers, baths, and hot springs can help ground, too, though if your shower or bath uses municipal water, then you need to take additional steps to filter and neutralize all the harmful chemicals and toxins therein (a good shower filter, bath filter ball, Holy Basil leaves, Bentonite Clay, and/or Zeolite Powder can help in this regard). Regardless, grounding will create an exchange of electrons between you and the earth, which will decrease your body voltage over a 15-30 minute period to be within biologically supportive levels. Furthermore, Dr. Zack Bush and others have talked at length about the multitudinous benefits of Forest Bathing and how much it helps with everything from Gut Health, Gut-Brain Axis issues, stress hormone cascades, and much more!
12. Get adequate sunlight each day, even if it's overcast
Sunlight is not optional to good health. Anyone who has followed Phoenix on FB over the past several years will know by his posts how important sunlight is in maintaining good health. There are dozens and dozens of biological mechanisms that don't work well when you don't get enough sunlight. Lack of sunlight and sun exposure will create Mitochondrial damage, cause tissues and fascia to become dehydrated, cause poor nervous system regulation, cause slow cell repair, and inhibit the organic biosynthesis of Vitamin D, which is used not only for Calcium Exchange and Parathyroid functions, but by Hundreds of different Genes and by Cells themselves. This is really only scratching the surface. Make sure that you don't spend enough time to get sunburned. Also, as the Magnetosphere and Magnetic Field of the planet continue to weaken as we prepare for a Pole Shift, more Cosmic Rays are penetrating through to the surface, especially during 10am-2pm, and this can cause harmful effects, especially at high elevations. So while the sun is definitely strongest during those hours, it's probably best to get morning and late afternoon sun exposure.
Pro tip: Standing Barefoot on the Earth in the Sunlight while Chanting (Gayatri Mantra is ideal if you want to know what to chant) will have compound benefits over just grounding or just standing or lying in sunlight or chanting alone. They synergize and this has been known for thousands and thousands of years.
