The Research Academy calls a slice of natural paradise our home. Piece by piece, we are building our property into a place where we can offer in person and virtual educational opportunities for students around the world!
We Are Purchasing A Tractor
We have a unique opportunity to purchase this well-maintained John Deere 5205 tractor and its collection of implements and transport equipment for $25,000. The owner is a friend of our neighbors who is moving this November and has offered us a great price on the entire package. That gives us until November 15th to raise as much as we can toward bringing this tractor home!
For us, a tractor would fundamentally change what we're capable of doing on our property. Maintaining a mountainous, forested, off-grid property by hand is next to impossible, especially while running the Research Academy. This tractor would give us the equipment needed for:
- Road & driveway maintenance • Drainage & erosion repair • Dead tree removal • Firewood production • Forest & trail maintenance • Snow removal • River crossing maintenance • Construction & site work • Moving materials • Gardens & cultivation • And SO much more!
Having this capability on the land will be invaluable as we build toward our larger vision: a fully functioning off-grid Alchemical Laboratory, student lodging, greenhouses, and the infrastructure needed to host future immersions and expand our Spagyric, Alchemical & Wellness research.
If you love what we do and want to be part of this next chapter, you can support the Tractor & Equipment Fund through our upcoming fundraising sales or make a direct contribution below!
Between now and November 15th, 2026, we'll be launching special Tractor Fundraising Sales & Campaigns, with a designated percentage or dollar amount from participating purchases going directly toward our Tractor & Equipment Fund.
We'll manually update the progress bar above as we go, so you can follow along and watch us get closer to our $25,000 goal!
If you'd rather contribute directly without purchasing anything, you can do so using the green button above.
Keep an eye out for our upcoming fundraising sales & promotions and thank you for helping us bring this tractor home!
