This Manjistha Spagyric Tincture is made with the Manjistha plant. Rubia cordifolia is also known as Indian madder, aromatic madder, munjeet madder wort, Bengal madder, rubia root, and runas. Our Spagyric Tinctures are made with Organic, Ecodynamic, or Wildharvested Biomass and Tinctured with Organic Cane Spirits as our Veg Mercury. Once the tincture was made, we add Spagyric Salt of Salt of the Vegetable Kingdom and digest until reactions have stopped.
Historically in Ayurveda, Manjistha has been used to cleanse excess pitta and toxins from the blood, remove stagnant blood, dissolve obstructions in the blood flow, for lymphatic support, a clear complexion/skincare, reducing pitta and kapha, for its bitter/sweet/astringent Rasa (taste), its cooling action, post-digestive support, its astringent and antioxidant properties, balancing all doshas, to protect gums from receding, regulate blood pressure/blood vessel constriction, aid with uric acid, arthritis, and support for the pancreas, spleen, liver, and kidneys.
We make no claims as to the uses or efficacy of this product. There may be an enormous difference between what the herb has historically been used for and how any particular Spagyric Preparation of the herb can be used.
