Neither the SE-5 2000 nor any Hardware or Software pertaining to SE-5 systems are produced by the Phoenix Aurelius Research Academy. The Phoenix Aurelius Research Academy is a Reseller of this Instrumentation and it is designed to be used for Research Purposes Only.

All hardware and software components of SE-5 Instruments, as well as Methodologies of Aurelian Analysis are to be used exclusively to identify and/or investigate Multi-Dimensional IDF wellness, which is a branch of wellness theory not addressed by any medical organization or governing body. Neither the SE-5 Hardware nor Software have been evaluated by the FDA and they are not intended to be used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or illness.

Indemnity

By purchasing any SE-5 Instrument and/or Software or using any information on Phoenix Aurelius Research Academy website(s), you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us, our officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, providers, merchants, sponsors, licensors and affiliates from and against all claims, actions, demands, judgments, losses, and liabilities (including, without limitation, costs, expenses and attorneys' fees) by you or any third-party resulting or arising, directly or indirectly, out of your use of the Hardware/Software/Website, your connection to our web site, your violation of these Terms of Use, or your violation of any rights of another person.

There is a Flat Domestic Shipping Charge of $90 USD for all Domestic Orders within the United States through USPS. This includes Insured Shipping on the Unit. Your unit will ship to you directly from Living From Vision, LLC, which is the parent company that makes the SE-5. Your order will be passed on to Living From Vision, LLC, in no more than 10 business days of having received your order from this website.

For International Orders, Shipping Costs will have to be calculated individually and a separate email will be sent to you by Living From Vision, LLC with the cost of Insured Shipping to your Destination. You will be invoiced for the cost of shipping by Living From Vision, LLC, and your shipping invoice will have to be paid in full in order for your SE-5 purchase to be shipped to you. Your order will be passed on to Living From Vision, LLC, in no more than 10 business days of having received your order from this website.

Purchases of the SE-5 2000 have a 14 day trial period from the time of receiving your unit. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may reach out to us at Support@PhoenixAurelius.org and we can work with you to troubleshoot, repair, or replace your equipment. Returns within the appropriate 14 day window are subject to the equipment being packed in its original packaging and sent back to the manufacturer in the state in which it was received. A restocking fee not to exceed 50% may be applied to your return from Phoenix Aurelius Research Academy depending on the circumstances of your return.

Damaged or Lost Products​

If an order has been lost in the mail or arrived damaged we are happy to work with you to get a replacement unit sent out to you, PROVIDED that you email us a photo of the damaged item, a photo of the shipping box it came in, and photos of the packing material as well as verify the missing/damaged item via a special link that we will send you through email. (This is all so that we are able to proceed with processing an insurance claim for your damaged product.)
