This Sweet Wormwood Spagyric Tincture is made with the Sweet Wormwood plant. Artemisiae annuae is also known as sweet annie, sweet sagewort, annual mugwort or annual wormwood. Our Spagyric Tinctures are made with Organic, Ecodynamic, or Wildharvested Biomass and Tinctured with Organic Cane Spirits as our Veg Mercury. Once the tincture was made, we add Spagyric Salt of Salt of the Vegetable Kingdom and digest until reactions have stopped.
Historically, Sweet Wormwood has been used as an antiseptic and nervine, for its antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory, and antibacterial properties, for digestive support, fevers, parasites, loss of appetite, gall bladder support, spasms, skin conditions, insect bites, and to stimulate sweating. In TCM it is known as Qing Hao, and has historically been used to clear summer Heat, clear Fever due to Deficiencies, to cool Blood, for headache, dizziness, vomiting, blood deficiency, bleeding, purpuric rashes, nosebleeds due to Heat in the blood, and malaria.
We make no claims as to the uses or efficacy of this product. There may be an enormous difference between what the herb has historically been used for and how any particular Spagyric Preparation of the herb can be used.
