This Codonopsis Spagyric Tincture is made with the root of the Codonopsis plant. Codonopsis pilosula is also known as poor man's ginseng or bonnet bellflower. Our Spagyric Tinctures are made with Organic, Ecodynamic, or Wildharvested Biomass and Tinctured with Organic Cane and/or Honey Spirits as our Veg Mercury. Once the tincture is made, we add Spagyric Salt of Salt of the Vegetable Kingdom and digest until reactions have stopped.
Historically Codonopsis has been used for fatigue, weakness, anemia, loss of appetite, digestive conditions, and to increase the body's strength. In TCM it is known as Dang Shen, and has been used for irregular menses, painful cramps, dysmenorrhea, amenorrhea, chest and heart pain, injuries, swelling, congestion, arthritis, heart fire, cool blood, palpitations, insomnia, fever, restlessness, foggy brain, skin, weakness, anxiety, irritability, high blood pressure, diabetes, boost immune function, coughs, and tuberculosis.
We make no claims as to the uses or efficacy of this product. There may be an enormous difference between what the herb has historically been used for and how any particular Spagyric Preparation of the herb can be used.
We aim to begin using IDF Analysis to provide IDF data of the detected phytochemicals and uses of each of our items of Spagyric Pharmacopoeia. Purchases of this product help to fund this enormous research project.
